Good luck with that and welcome to the Ledge!!

I WAY overslept and now have a gross headache. I didn't even do anything fun to account for the oversleeping - the weather was just so horrid last night - and this morning my room stayed extra dark

Oy. Now I will eat breakfast.

Exclamation Just sitting here...

trying to get over another bad headache, not to mention the pain I have in my back.

Otherwise I am flipping between the Redskins/Cowboys game, the Red Sox/Yanks game and the Stepford Wives (I'm waiting for the Spongebob Movie to come on TMC).

Geez -all these years and I never knew you liked sports! Well there goes my opinion of you Just kidding.

are the headaches migraines - or just really bad - and are they linked to your other health problems?

not migraines (Which would be an easier diagnosis), headache pain related to the arachnoid cyst growing in my brain (Which has grown to 2.5cm x 3cm-A decent sized tumor)

Waiting to go to my class at 11, and trying to watch VH1 Classic with my friend's annoying music blasting behind me.

just kinda shocked when I found out the MRI showed that cyst is growing into a small sized tumor. My equalibrium is shot, I walk like a drunkard sometimes due to that cyst (Kinda humorous actually). I should have another MRI in October to check to seem if it has remained stable or is continuing to expand. If it is expanding, the options are either to remove it via laser surgery or if it is sub-arachnid it will be to add a shunt into it....So we'll see.

Deb is fine, She has another oncology checkup this Friday-No cancer has returned, so hopefully the same news will ring true yet again.

Anyway, good job, I'm really happy for you that you are getting in shape, losing weight. Great legs are all about the muscles. Duh.

I'm going to do the big hill climb today even though I shouldn't, just for the extra leg workout. Then, of course, I will have to do yoga to undo the painful tightening that the super hill will cause, so that will be good too.

Oh, and what I'm doing right now is watching Storm videos, b/c I didn't watch the show, but am trying to figure out if it is the same Storm I saw some years back in San Franscisco at a club. I was impressed with her then, and remembered that she was a Cancer, which this Storm is, too - and was also blond and pretty - I just don't remember her being so tall. But after reading the bio that said she did perform in SF quite a bit, and watching the songs, I've decided it is the same Storm. Okay, pointless, but that is what I was doing. Really, how many blond gorgeous singers who are Cancers and named Storm could there be? Yeah. She looks f*cking great for 37, too.
Yes I added the bun when I added calves. I read some advice about not doing legs if you're pear-shaped but that was bunk. At any rate, it's better to work up slowly anyway otherwise it is too overwhelming.

Tab and Fresca? You guys are freaks! When did you break into my house, and loot my fridge?
Those are my two favorite drinks. I'll probably DIE the day they stop making TAB. I used to have my own account at the Coke Co, because Tab was so hard to find. After 9/11, they changed their policy, and wanted no "strangers" on the premises, so cancelled any individual accounts.
