As I said in the Photos thread, unless you filmed the videos personally, what right do you have exactly to ply these constraints? Just because it's a hard to find video, doesn't mean that the videos were obtained by your own personal copy. The people creating the content deserve the credit if known. Collectors don't deserve squat. Sorry.

Sorry, but I don't agree with you. Once again, it's called common courtesy. If I want something that someone else posted or has, whether it being a photo, a video, or anything for that matter, I ASK THEM FOR IT. I just don't take it or copy it. It's only right.

I agree with you. Obtaining someone elses produced media of any sort, and then claiming ownership of it doesn't float. And to assume "credit" for it is just crazy. It may be copyright protected, but if you don't rightly own the copyright, it's up for grabs. There is no reasonable defense!
