I LOVE THIS! Huge Sugarland fan here and this is such a great first single from the new album, The Incredible Machine. I'm listening to the album right now. Review to follow...

By the way, how awesome is the video?! Jennifer is great in it!

Lindsey Buckingham - Out Of The Cradle. Felt the urge to listen to it after I was inspired to watch the Wrong video and spent 4 minutes plus laughing my ass off

I've been listening to the self-titled Dire Straits debut album almost daily since moving back to Austin. My parents played this album to DEATH when I was a kid growing up here in Austin, and thus, I couldn't stand it forever! But something about being back in the city of my childhood has brought on a sudden fondness of this album, and I'm truly enjoying the hell out of listening to it. The whole Western themed roots-music style has always reminded me of Austin, too... especially songs like Water Of Love, a song that parallels a search for love with searching for water in the desert. It's just interesting to me how the subject matter of this album in general is still so utterly current 30 years after it's release, too. Songs like The Gallery, which compares the music industry to the feudalistic London art gallery scene. Anyway, damned good album.

The radio station Gold 104.3 is having a Fleetwood Mac hour at the moment! They're playing "Hold Me" right now, and were playing "The Farmer's Daughter" just before. This is the same as what Gold 104.3 did several months ago - "Rumours, Truth & Innuendo".
I can't say I've heard them do this sort of thing for many other bands - a long time ago they played several songs from The Beatles (White Album) consecutively, but otherwise that's about it.
They're up to "Gypsy" now.

As you may/may not know I am a massive Carpenters fan and consider to Karen to be my favourite female singer ever - and one of the best there has ever been. Never mid her vocal chops though.... check THIS out!
