Since I'm going to see her this coming Thursday (SO excited!!) I've been listening to alot of Alison Moyet lately. Here's the first single from her 2007 album, The Turn called One More Time.

I found a bunch of CDs from my junior year in high school and I have been rocking out and reminiscing all weekend.

I didn't care that you left and abandoned me, what hurts more is I would still die for you.

My friend Lee told me to listen to Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings and it was love at first beat!

This isn't my fav song... but this gives you an idea of the music. I just looooove the soul of this woman's voice!!

Just listened to the single worst radio interview I've ever heard. Ever. In my entire life.

My guitar and I are rock'n out to:

Chris Isaak - Mr. Lucky
Worth the price of admission
just for the duet w/Trisha Yearwood.

And new to me, two days ago I received
these CD's:

Brandi Carlile's:
The Story
Give Up The Ghost
Brandi Carlile (self titled)

Good music...

I love Cathouse Blues.. which reminds me, I was playing it a whiles back and my sis asked if it was Chrissie Hynde. I don't hear it, but Stevie's vocals are pretty different from the norm on it (not that she has a norm exactly but ya know).

Uh.. anyway I'm listening to:
