I hate to be a complainer but maaaaaannn I wish he would throw in a few more songs. He played like 20+ songs when I saw him back in '08. But the meet and greet will be well worth it this time around though.

encore:
Trouble SWS info from this tweet (and another one): @crystalmariel @ellellew @lndsybuckingham "Trouble" followed by "Seeds We Sow." Amazing. He did a M&G after. Wish I would've known! there were sweeps for that M&G btw, it's not like the ones for the east coast. Last edited by elle; 05-06-2012 at 11:59 PM.. |

yeah i think he played - was it 18? 19? - songs last year. i understand it's hard to do everything on his own and he can't relax for a sec, but he has to get up to 14 songs...

He had to start ISA again tonight. I think something wasn't plugged in. I hope he doesn't have too many issues and cancels the east coast tour.

Did they go up to the stage with their friends like in Anaheim that time or did he just mention them before NTL?

When I saw him in Northampton, Ma. in, I think 2008, I was in the front row. After every song I yelled out Walk A Thin Line. He heard it and got a tiny bit irritated and said something about not taking requests.

Well let's hope family are only at southern cali shows - he's much much less restrained on stage when they're not around! Audience deserves his all

I think this tour is going to have a slightly longer adjustment period. When you are up there all by yourself, you become so aware of exactly what your playing and what you're doing. Every note or every mistake is extremely apparent and center stage. I've played completely alone in front of a crowd before and its strangely different and intense compared to just having another person on stage with you.

Dear Lindsey since your family won't be at the east coast shows please drop NTL for UTS. A much better choice
While we are at it. Please play Slow Dancing, Walk a Thin Line, and Lola (for totally shallow reasons) |

no no no no no !!!!!! finally i don;t have to listen to UTS anymore and you want it back?!?!?! i'm not that crazy about Not too late but the way he does it on this tour is pretty and guitar parts really shine. I want to hear it! and i never want to hear UTS again live. re Lola - dear Lindsey, please save that for BN tour. i don't like BN songs much (sorry!) other than django and stephanie, so no need to drag Lola in your beautiful but way too short current set. but, i will second Pattie's request for Walk A Thin Line although i know it won't help and we will never hear it live. |
