Right now I am listening Rickie Lee Jones' "Traffic From Paradise" album that was released in 1993. The album wasn't particularly successful but remains one of the better efforts in her career. "Pink Flamingos", "Altar Boy", "Stewart's Coat" and "Tigers" are really top notch songs even if sometimes I have serious troubles with decoding of the meanings of their lyrics.

I just love this album. It's one of my favourites. Linda's voice was like no other. And that cover pic!

Yes, the pic is so beautiful and haunting! This is definitely a unique album with distinct differences between the two sides of the LP. It may be my favorite album of hers (well, after Prisoner in Disguise).

I'm on a country kick...

Matt Slagg & the Tramp Iron Railroad..."City Blue".

{shameless self-promotion} I'm the lead guitarist/keyboardist for them.

And, how beautiful is this song?

LOVE the entirety of Slipstream! Saw Bonnie live in August, and she sounded wonderful. My favorite song from that album is You Can't Fail Me Now.

Coldplay...Swallowed In The Sea.

What good is it to live,
With nothing left to give?
Forget but not forgive?
Not loving all you see?
