I had such a crush on Valerie in High School. Her and Eddie were pretty much living a couple citys from me. They were somewhere in the Pasadena Hills and I was In Azusa!!

Funny how some things just pop into your mind. When I read Azusa, the movie, "Mask" popped up because during one of the camp scenes, Rocky is asked where he is from and he says, "Azusa". I've always liked how he said it.

This reminds me, on the Australian leg of the RAL tour Stevie and Cyndi performed at the entertainment centre in Sydney on the same night, it would have been so awesome if they'd performed together, I think on that tour of Cyndi's she got lifted up in a garbage can over the audience or something. I just imagine her and Stevie singing away in a garbage can, Cyndi in her She Bop outfit and Stevie ready for Betty Ford, slurring her words, flailing chiffon and head banging that awesome RAL do
