Go to any antiques or vintage stores you may have in your town. Many have vinyl/LP sections. You'll come across a copy sooner or later

Yea! We actually have a record store here.. and whenever I go in it's not there but the owner said it comes in frequently and is still a big seller so to check in often. I should just call him and tell him to put it aside for me next time he sees it, and I will pay him double for it. ($12, oh myy

Aww peaceful looking pic Louie. I'm ready for Summer too even though it'll be hot again. Thank goodness for the daily Summer rains we get to cool things down mid-day. Is Texas like that or is it just hot in Summer?

You definitely have the superior climate . This part of Texas is semi-arid (rain is feast or famine, there's lots of cactus, trees are very short, etc)... so Summers here are very dry and unmercifully hot. There really aren't even many clouds here when July rolls around. But that's okay... there's lots of water to cool off in. Much of it Spring water... which is quite chilly!

Another recent pic of me above Lake Austin:

I see. It's good you have cool water to dip in, the Gulf gets quite warm in Summer, even though it's beautiful still. I think I read somewhere Austin's about 2 hours from the Gulf right? I tend to think the southern states share a lot of the same weather from the Gulf but I guess Florida really is down here by itself lol. I love the Summer skies here and also the storms and sky afterwards as they move out. So pretty. There are some people here with big (aloe vera looking) plants in their yards, I'm guessing it's some sort of cactus? Anyway, they're cool looking and pretty. And some neighbors have orange trees in bloom and it's so weird seeing that even though I've been down here a year. I try not to get used to it and take everything in when I'm out and about.

Austin's closer to about 4 hours from the beach. Lake Travis will get up to about 90 in the summer... so there's definitely warm water in Austin, too. But there are also tons of spring-fed swimming holes here as well. The springs generally run between 68-74 degrees, depending on which one you go to. Even if it's 105 degrees outside when you jump in one of the springs, you'll be cool for the rest of the afternoon!

I know here there are a few rare freshwater or springs you can swim in, but the mere thought of alligators in any freshwater down here ruin it for me, so I only swim at the beach or in pools.
