Yes, and that movie wasn't so bad either.

Why am I getting blamed for Ryan's boy-ish body obsession?

The movie was cool, but disturbing -- and I soooo thought the laid off cop was a closet case. Also, the ped/exhibitionist was a child actor and was in The Bad News Bears - go figure!

As for Ryan, one day some hunk a guy is going to nail him but good and that will be the end of the skinny boy fascination

I like disturbing movies. Food for thought. I finally got around to watching Trainspotting a few days ago... talk about disturbing.

I loved and hated Trainspotting - not so much for the drug dealings (though they were hard to watch) -- but the violence freaked me out. Great movie though.

Also, have you seen Angela's Ashes - a very bleak movie, but it both moved and distured me.

Same with "Children of Men."

I saw the latest Rocky movie and it was okay - but nothing to write home about. The thing about it is, he was shot up full of so much human growth hormone (like a hyper active steroid) - it was kind of sickening. And - he obviously has torn a pec in the past and had it repaired - so that was disconcerting as well.

I think there can be a balance. I have never been that bulked up. It would take hours a day in the gym and I never had that kind of time. I think Patrick Wilson, the guy with Kate Winslet above, has a nice body.
