Seeds We Sow Tour Dates

I used to do the back-of-the-venue thing, and it worked a lot during the Under the Skin Tour, but the number of times he paused for fans after shows dropped significantly during the Gift of Screws tour.

I've gotten to talk to Lindsey for a few minutes a couple times and have a signed album as well, but I'm considering the meet'n'greet anyway. It would be nice to talk to him in a controlled atmosphere. $200 is not cheap, but a meet'n'greet with Mick before a Mac show cost $1000, remember? lol

I think this is probably a one-time deal sponsored by the charity giving the Minnesota show, and not something he's going to do regularly, though. I could be wrong, but there's no mention of it elsewhere so far.

Buckingham will release his sixth solo album, “Seeds We Sow,” on Sept. 6, with his tour kicking off three nights later in Nevada.

Grammy winning guitarist and singer / songwriter Lindsey Buckingham performs at 7:30 p.m. Sept. 17 at the Pabst Theater.

The show is part of a 31-city tour in support of Buckingham's sixth solo album, "Seeds We Sow," which will be released on Sept. 6.

Reserved seat tickets are $45. They go on sale at noon Friday, June 17 at the Pabst and Riverside box offices, www.pabsttheater.org, and by calling (414) 286-3663.

Yeah, I noticed that too. It doesn't really matter when they go on sale, the Vic is general admission seating. I read you later post about the meet & greet probably only being in Minnesota, and I agree with you, although I'm still kind of hoping. Doesn't Lindsey hate m&g's? He looks so happy in all those SYW era pics with fans.

So who else is going to Chicago?

There is a pic taken of me, DrummerDeanna and another Ledgie (who I can't recall at this very moment!) with Lindsey in Denver during the UTS tour (I think it was) and he definitely had the deer in headlights look...not ready AT ALL for the pic. Ha!

I agree with Nancy though...I think the MN M&G is a one-off...but we shall see. It's the only one on Ticketb*stard that says "An Evening with Lindsey Buckingham" so I guess it's special.

EDITED TO ADD:Well, well, well, as soon as I went to TM after posting, I saw that they added the Houston show and lo and behold (!!), they have another Evening with LB. Wonder if this one has a M&G too?

After the show a handful of us went back there and we not only met Lindsey but his son and Walfredo. But David is the king of free M&G's and I'm sure he can give you tips-right David?

Well, Ive been pretty lucky yes. ACtually alot of it develpoed from the UTS tour when Lindsey during the earlier part of the tour would actually tell the audience which hotels the band were at. SO thats kinda how that all came together. I guess the only advice I can offer is that dont be nervous around Lindsey. He is VERY easygoing and always has time for fans.
