As far as I know, none of Stevie's four demos that she brought to the band and the ones that appeared in the Destiny Rules documentary ("Silver Girl", "Destiny Rules", etc) have ever been in circulation amongst the fan community. I don't think any of Lindsey's demos have surfaced either, at least not in any form other than the GOS project, although I might be wrong.

The last time any demos circulated from Stevie were the TISL demos back in 2001. As we all know, Stevie and Dave wrote 90% of IYD together and just started recording as they wrote. The vault songs from that project were of course circulating for decades prior.

Not sure about Under The Skin or Seeds We Sow. Maybe the Lindsey aficionados can answer that one.
