I know I have an ability to write (I'm a very non-verbal communicative person), and I used to be an artist - so who knows, maybe I can find some solace if I put the 'pen to the paper'. It's been inside me for awhile, and maybe her death will open that door for me.




Btw, Watched the movie last night, and BAWLED like a baby when the song "It Can't Rain All the Time" by Jane Siberry played on the closing credits (That song was one of two I picked to be played at Debbie's funeral..."Your tears won't fall...Forever").

I think the headstone for her grave (Which someday shall also be my final resting place) has a touch of 'Gothic' to it (Two hearts, in rose color granite, joined together in the middle with her name/date on the right side - my name/date on the left side, the name "Johnson" in big gold lettering on the backside)

I can identify with the writing thing. That movie alone made me cry I can't imagine having my love's funeral tied to it. I'd be a mess. The headstone sounds perfect.
