I forgave RAL, thinking anyone could make a clunker. OSOTM made me decide that indeed, SHE was the clunker. I've been over her ever since.
Anyone wanna buy a copy of OSOTM?

Why don't you try eBay? At one time, I had all of Stevie's solo albums, then I sold them all on eBay. Maybe you'd get a few bucks for it.

Yeah, but I'd feel guilty ripping someone off, knowing that in reality, it's not worth 50 cents!

Hmm, I don't recall saying you turned it to Stevie. In fact, I didn't mention anyone in particular.
I was just chuckling because the conversation turned that way again.

Talk about not having your facts straight!

You have accused ME of turning the conversations to Stevy MANY times. And, your post immediately followed mine, so Sherlock, what deduction would you make, if you were me?

That my post followed yours was a coincidence. No one else happened to reply in the nearly three hours between yours and mine.

Again, I wasn't pointing a finger at you (or anyone)... just laughing at the direction the thread took.

I think you can deduct business lunches and gas money, and possibly sound equipment and stage clothes. I could be wrong about the latter though.

dave, you've let the anti-Stevie camp turn you against her. Considering the years she spent singing & performing like a whirling dervish (1970 to 1986), with fire in her eyes & smoky soul in her chakra--years that I assumed you were fond of--you should be posting about those great old days all the time. I've been waiting for years for you to discuss at length with me the 29-year-old Stevie Nicks, one of the great goddesses of rock.

But something or someone has poisoned you, preventing you from ever discussing the really important Stevie years. There's this big lacuna in your Fleetwood Mac discussion, & dave, it sticks out like a sore thumb. Please come celebrate the 1977 Stevie Nicks with me! Fleetwood Mac has always had bonehead fans, so you can't possibly think that in-depth discussion on this topic has been exhausted. Not even close, dave....

So join me ....

Honestly, the "Stevy's the STAR of FM" people HAVE completely turned me against her. I've always said that it's her ARMY that really gets to me, far more than Stevy.
We should get out of this forum, but I've always ALSO said that I think Bella Donna is a MASTERPIECE! One of my alltime favorite albums. It's a classic.
