I'm no plastic surgeon, but I would think they would be able to at least look at it and evaluate to see if they could prevent further deterioration/collapsing or something.

But then she wouldn't be able to gross out Jessica and her friends with her hankercheif through the nose trick.

IF she had her nose worked on, it would have been during the early 80s. I personally cannot see any evidence of it. After that period, given the hole in her septum, it is improbable that anyone would have risked the procedure. And it appears that Stevie has her daddy's nose... which continued to grow throughout her adult life. She still has a lovely nose, but it is noticeably more bulbous than it was 35 years ago. If she had work done, you would think she would have addressed the bulbousness. Alas, there is probably nothing she can do about it, which is a good thing; she still has an amazing profile.

This is RAL era for sure. The photos of this period really creep me out. She was totally on the edge and she looked it.
