If you have never watched it with the running commentary, you really should. Her comments are so funny.. Especially about her grandmother's ashes,,,, d |

After a very busy week of family down, and a wedding to attend, I finally had a chance to sit down and watch Stevie on Up All Night with Christina, I'd DVR'd and that last minute and a half was worth sitting through the whole show! Both of them looked beautiful especially Christina in Stevie's old stage clothes. So iconic to think they're 30 years old. And Stevie looked absolutely great I thought and would love it if she looked like that more often and loved the hair Just look at those heels! These have to be a pair of the mile high originals.
So did that little end snippet leave us hungering for more or WHAT? Would have loved to have heard and seen a full song and video to it. That last minute or so was far better than any videos she's released from IYD in my opinion. Oh the possibilities and surprises she's capable of still. Check out her Crystal Visions - The Very Best of Stevie Nicks CD/DVD.. Aside from a great collection of her music there is a DVD with videos and a commentary option as well as alot of behind the scenes from the making of Bella Donna.. Some really great stuff.. Also includes both Stand Back video versions. You will get a kick out of the "Scarlett" video which is hilarious!! d Or http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KzNKtlR-F_Y http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MC5YWPTCNEQ |

If you think that one was funny, listen to the one for I Can't Wait!! She mentions how her "beautiful silky hair" now would do better in a wind machine, and other stuff she says is just really narcissistic. But hey, she's Stevie Nicks. If I were Stevie Nicks i'd be narcissistic too.

I believe that Stevie has said that she does not even remember that tour. I really think that OSOTM Stevie was worst than RAL Stevie. Yeah, coked up Stevie was bad but zombie Stevie was just painful to watch. Like a buddy of mine told me after he met her after a show on the Mirror tour, "Her eyes were blank, like no one was there."

I am thinking this is a wedding picture?
If it is, kind of appropriate and foretelling that the wedding photos she is looking at are Polaroid's? d tumblr_lwil3ji1ak1r1e9k3o1_500.jpg |

I saw her first on the BTM tour and really, it was horrible. She had no idea where she was and why she was there, couldn't muster even the slightest bit of enthusiasm. Seeing her again in 2003 was an relevation. Only then I realized how terrible her state had been in '90, in 2003 she had presence, her eyes were lively, she had fun, showed emotions, was THERE.
