Yes, I'm still in high school. I have less than a year until I'm out, though, and I couldn't be more excited about it. I definitely don't feel seventeen... that sounds ridiculous, I know, but its true.

I looooove LA. I'm considering going to school down there. I'm looking at Occidental, Loyola Marymount and UCLA.

Thank you! I wouldn't usually consider "I thought you were 40" a compliment, but in this case, it is.

I'm 27, though. Just kind of (that's probably an understatement) a diehard when it comes to FM & Stevie.

When I saw you had posted a picture, I got ridiculously excited that I was going to recognize you from working downtown every day this summer. I didn't, and it really let me down. Apparently, in my mind, I really do think Pittsburgh is the size of small town, usa.

Pittsburgh is a great city. Just stay away from that Arby's however.

I think I'm going to be you when I'm 27. I consider it a huge compliment to have people think I'm older than I actually am.... significantly older.

Believe me...there will come a day when you won't want people to think you're much older than your true age. In fact, you'll want the exact opposite. For example, IMO, Stevie Nicks has always looked about ten years younger than she really is...and I'm sure...proud of it. There are early FM photos c 1975 where Stevie looks about 16! when she was really 27.

I see youre point though. You should want people to think you're older in maturity.

Now Stevie is 61 but she looks like she's 30. I looked like I was 18 until I was 40. Now I am 47 but most people think I'm 35. Thank God. I am TERRIFIED of ever looking old!

Well, good for you! Most people don't age well.

I like at airport bars (especially O'Hare) I'm still asked for my ID...although I think it's more of a requirement than anything to do with me. I'm usually ten + years older than the bartender.

lol you probably would have recognized me if i was still working downtown cuz i always used to walk around during my lunch break. i am working in oakland now so i just walk around oakland all the time now, ha!! one of these days we have to meet up though, it would be fun!
