I'm thinking of just sucking up the extra point and going back to the bread I actually like...but I don't know..I mean I can afford it - I usually end the day having to eat more to finish off the points...so I can probably do it...but I'll look into that Arnold Light...I've never heard of it

Really? Isn't 1 slice of regular bread like 2 points, but 2 slices of light/high fiber only 1? I don't eat that much bread anymore anyway, I've become a huge fan of those low carb wraps. Light bread never toasts well either, so I usually splurge & eat regular if I make toast.

I found some great English muffins & rolls (thanks, Wegman's!) but I'm still working on finsing a relatively healthy bagel....

^^

I don't know - I need to point check the regularl bread I used to get. If it's 2 points per slice then forget it! That's craziness! Guess I'll just have to get used to the light breads - I only eat bread maybe once a day when I have a sandwhich...

Either way I've entered the extremely bitter phase where I curse all those who can eat crap and not get fat. I don't care if they're still not healthy -I want those genes!!!

Peanut Butter Chocolate Crisp bar by South Beach Diet. wonder if it's loaded with sugar too?

I've tried to eat something for breakfast that won't make me sick, but everything I try ends up being a bad choice because it has too much sugar. I need something quick and on the go. any suggestions?

I just ate oatmeal. I'm not usually a breakfast eater, but lately I've just been way too hungry by the time lunch comes around - so I've started bring those variety pack packages of oatmeal. It's quick, 2 packs, a bit of water, heat it in the micro for a minute and just add milk.

Have y'all tried Nature's Own bread? They have several varieties, most are low sugar, low calorie, etc.

This morning for breakfast I had a whole wheat low carb wrap filled with 2 egg whites, 1 slice of bacon, some shredded mozz & salsa. Kickass. Only 4 points. Jazz - you could easily wrap it in foil or plastic wrap & eat it on the go.

Just had a nectarine. I'm trying to be good today, since we are going for Mexican tonight.

I LOVE Nature's Own - unfortunately once I left New Mexico I've not been able to find it anywhere
