In regards to the album cover for the "Lady" single, I can imagine Stevie at 4am on a coke fueled "all nighter" by herself, pushing all the furniture out of the living room as her RAL demos are playing on a cassette recorder, doing another line, setting up her polaroid camera, setting the timer and then running to pose on the hardwood floor! LOL It's a beautiful shot that SHOULD HAVE been the Lithograph. I'm not too fond of the two options we're getting (especially since you can't pick which one you want). I'm praying that I get the one with the "wild hair" and not the one with the stupid hat and cigarette.

I also love the quote where she says the Nashville band just said "Yes Ma'am" and just did whatever they were told. Which is probably why these songs sound so much closer to their demo counterparts.
The "Lady" single cover photograph is the "Wild Heart" era taken by HWIII. This photo shoot also yielded the "Stand Back" & "Wild Heart" tour program & single cover shots.
And I agree with you, in that I greatly prefer this newly surfaced HWIII outtake over the chosen Lithographs

Oh well...never mind then. LOL! Do we know where this picture was taken? Was it her house?

Sorry, but I am inclined to think your information is wrong on this one. The "Lady" single cover photograph is included with all the other "selfies" in the photobook and the liner notes list ALL photography by Stevie Nicks, Mary Torrey-DeVito and Sharon Celani. There is no mention of HWIII taking any of these photographs.

You must have confused the "Lady" selfie with something that looked "similar" to the Stand Back single cover shoot.

So now I can go back to my theory of Stevie on a coke fueled "all nighter" by herself, pushing all the furniture out of the living room as her RAL demos are playing on a cassette recorder, doing another line, setting up her polaroid camera, running to pose on the hardwood floor and pressing the shutter button!

Either that or Sharon or Mary was there to help...but this really looks like a picture that was taken "by herself" in the black of night.
