Shoot, I don't know, Jake, they're just nutty (like me?)! I like them most in food, like brownies, cakes, fudge, ice cream. Well, no wonder I never eat them, my goodness, I'd weigh 1,000 lbs! To make you feel better, I'm not crazy about them on their own, but they certainly enhance the above-mentioned foods.

But she's so much more foul. And I think JC was waaay older when she picked on him. And she befouls the minds and hearts of anyone, any age, who happens to glimpse her. Perhaps we'll have to ATD.

I didn't mention that I would eat Haagen-Daz every day also. Usually it would be three in a sitting: B & Jerry's Chunky Monkey & Wavy Gravy & H-D Caramel Cone Explosion.

And I was in great shape (at least on the outside. Who knows what that crap was doing to my stomach.). It helped that in Chicago I walked everywhere, and I walk quickly. Here you walk to the car, and only if there's no valet. A co-worker called me today that she is moving near the university just to be near the trail. She's paying a fortune to be in what she calls a New York-sized apartment.

And no, I wasn't lucky. Now that the diet is starting to catch up to me, I find that I lack the discipline to cut. I have discipline in all areas except the eating. It's not out of control crazy wild, but I struggle to cut the necessary corners where needed. But I am starting to work out a little more, which has always helped a lot in the past. I just hope if I take a trip before school starts up (on the 11th!! ) that the disruption doesn't mess me up too much.

Look, I don't condone her action - a betrayal in the business world, backstabbing in Hollywood - but I don't think it's as bad as MJ buying up the Beatles stuff. That's just slimey. At least I could understand Joan wanting her own show, but WTF did MJ need more royalties for? Silk chimp pajamas?
