Default Two videos and the third FM song

I didn't see these posted anywhere else, but very sorry if I missed them.
Stevie does almost all the talking and she mentions that the 3rd new song coming from FM is "Without You" from the BN days.

Yeah, I'm not so disappointed but I see your point. I think If we set ourselves up for songs we want to hear vs what they will actually play...then I see the disappointment.

Reality is...FM is not going to branch off too far from Rumours (with the 35th anniversary year). I think at most we will hear the 2 new songs and Without You. That's the big surprises already unveiled. Any more than 3 "newer" songs and FM (in their minds) are venturing into insecure territory.

This gives me very little hope that we will hear anything from SYW, TITN (other than BL, of course) and anything "newer/revisited" from Tusk. Also, I really wanted to hear Crystal, Twisted, and Frozen Love.

I like that Mick is encouraging more duet/collaborations, but at this point I wouldn't put money on anything daring or too extreme.

They were on Extra. They asked Stevie which song would be good for Hilary Clinton and Stevie said Gold Dust Woman and changed it to Gold Dust Hilary.

I think Mick said wife, which was odd enough. I'm suspicious.

I think whatever Lindsey's deal is (tired?) is just transitory. I don't think it's going to impact anything. Maybe that's how he acts when he's trying to be agreeable.

Throughout the whole interview Lindsey looked like he was trying to remember whether or not he left the oven on.

But yes, I think that was just his attempt to be passive/agreeable.

LOL!!! "Sloppy datey??".... hysterical! It was just a second, but they so easily slip into Burns & Allen. If only I could listen to their stories all day... but sorry, Karen. LOL.

Stevie talks about staying active & never stopping being one of the reasons they can still go out and play and not collapse on stage etc. They talk about the setlist. Mick says he's putting them on the spot but he wants a big component of the show to be highlighting Lindsey & Stevie somehow, whether that's an old song they've never played with FM before (WITHOUT YOU?!!?) or a cover (CALIFORNIA DREAMING?!?)..
Faints at the thought...

What I don't understand is how Karen has managed to avoid hearing all of these stories for the past two decades.

She was taking the dog out for a walk, warming up the tea, on the phone with managers, trying to find her backpack, making reservations, producing documentaries, finding tape recorders, getting the vault opened and overall just too busy being drop dead honest....

Priceless.

She's heard them. She could tell them herself. She just gets paid good money to pretend like she hasn't and be an entranced listener.

I'd pay them to sit-in for Karen during storytime.

Not that they need any more of my money....

Knowing how Stevie has been known to **ahem** embellish, hearing Lindsey's version probably is like listening to completely new stories.
