Fried cabbage!!?!! I've never heard of such a thing! But I guess if you can fry up mushrooms, zuchinni and Brocolli, why not cabbage.

I'm eating a fat-free chocolate pudding.

Speaking of eating, a friend wanted me to try something called Gefilte fish the other day. I passed. Did I make a mistake?

It's gross - but if you scrape off the jelly and eat it w/ some horseradish, it's good.

I ate a brownie which was great. My coworker brought it for me. He likes to bring me treats, ruff! JK, it's nice of him to, he knows I love chocolate and sweets. I was jonesing too, my evil roommate bought a box of those little powdered donuts which I could not get out of my head all day! But the brownie took care of that.

Yeah - people in some 21 states have been sickened by E.Coli after eating raw packaged spinach.

Some organic companies are claiming the FDA has cleared their brands or their Spinach - that is not the case, at this time the FDA is urging people to not eat ANY packaged raw spinach. Even if you wash and/or cook it.

The first confirmed case has popped up in Colorad - and seeing as how I've had a Spinach salad every day for the last 3 weeks - I was worried - but I think I'm in the clear.

Either way - many people are still buying spinach from farmers markets and such - but stores and restaurants have pretty much stopped selling it.
