My damn tooth broke yesterday so I'm off to the dentist soon. I was eating a Three Musketeers. I thought it was something that came from the chocolate. Ew. But then realized it was a piece of tooth and I had one missing! It's one that had a band on it when I had braces so it had a lot of decay. Plus it is a molar I've had since I was 5 so it's been filled and filled. Ugh. I hope I don't need a root canal but I might. I hate the dentist. HATE IT.
i love trader joe's so much. i actually have a box of one of their cereals (vanilla almond granola) sitting right next to me. it's good, but wayyyyyyyy too sweet.

sorry about your tooth. i hate the dentist so much, too.

Yes. Yes I did. I love those damn wraps. Today is ham & cheese with lettuce & black bean dip.

The dip is made by Santa Fe Packing Company, it's good as hell & ZERO points for up to 4 Tbsp. It's at every grocery store here, I assume it's everywhere else too. Cheap too.

BTW - everyone stop talking about Trader Joe's. The closet one is 4 hours away & I've never been. Never been to Whole Foods either, so shut up or I may explode from jealousy.

A coronary delight! First, I cooked a piece of salami, with pepperoni's and Montery Jack cheese on it, until it all melted together. Then, I made a grilled cheese, on oat bran bread, with it. Added red onions, banana peppers, and a little mayo. It was great.
Grease! Mmmmmmmm.

we have a Trader Joe's in Chico, and I LOVE that store! I cant affford to go all the time but every now and then

btw: did someone post the egg drop soup recipe? Ive only ever just whisked an egg and drizzled it into chicken broth (with assorted add ins like green onions, herbs, etc) some people thicken it with a touch of corn starch or arrowroot......what about a teeny bit of chicken meat?

just curious..........I LOVE Chinese food

I just read a write up in the Minneapolis paper about a "legendary" restaurant and it's signature sandwich moving from the historic northeast side of the city to a suburb more then 15 miles away. By the looks of it I would need to split this with someone, but it looks good to me:

Garlic infused roast beef piled on a homemade whole wheat bun. Served with onions and banana peppers.
