Ya think?! Sorry if I bored evryone to tears, but I hope someone finds it helpful! Doing even just one of the suggestions can help. I can't help it...I get passionate about helping people with natural methods.

I'm not bored. I enjoy witnessing people's passions, so to speak.

Even if my computer were in the same room, I'd be too blind without my contacts.

I used to do this all the time.

Being an anxiety sufferer myself, I finally realized that I was suffering needlessly. Some people have problems falling asleep, some people have problems staying asleep and some people have both. I mostly had problems staying asleep. I would always toss and turn and wake up. When I got up the next day, I was always exhausted. This led to alot of migranes, some starting as soon as I woke up. The point is, until I actually sucked it up and went to the doctor to get some Ambien, I had NO IDEA how much better I would feel when I actually slept through the night. Unless you body has the chance to recharge with restorative sleep, you will always feel like crap. Getting sleep has truly made all the difference to me. Now I sleep 7 hours and wake up feeling refreshed.

Is Ambien addictive, though? That kind of thing scares me.

Re-read past issues of Star Wars Insider, pray, write music, play music, stare at my ceiling and listen to music, read comic books because I'm always somewhat tired after reading them... I can't control my sight focus very well and sometimes get a motion sickness from dodging my eyes from page to page. Or if everyone else is asleep I'll go downstairs and watch one of my "too voilent for the little ones" movies like X-Men, Daredevil, or something else that pertains to my comic book nerdiness.

I can see those things working, though my room is too dark and my eyes are too poor for me to stare at the ceiling. What exactly do you havre up there, anyway?

I can't stare at nothin'. With my contacts out, I need to know just what I'm not seeing.

I listen to Enya and make the room cold so I can snuggle up. If that doesn't work I daydream about happy things until I fall asleep.

Staying asleep is hard at times. Once I'm up I usually stay up...I never know what to do then.

OMG - I LOVE LOVE LOVE ENYA (Sail Away Sail Away Sail Away )

Most who have met me know I am as hyper as they come I have dificulty falling asleep at times. So, I have this mantra I say at night when that happens. I basically say it over and over in my head until I talk my self into calming down and then falling asleep.
