Sorry, I think the worst thing about Michelle Pfeiffer is her voice, so this movie did nothing but give me a headache.

Never seen it. What's the premise?

Another one I've never seen. It looks soooo depressing. Besides, she'll always be a babysitter to me.

Forrest didn't do it for me, but I liked As Good As It Gets. Other than the last scene, which bored me (just like the last scene in Something's Gotta Give).

I've never seen TWWW, but that scene is famous.

Surprised nobody mentioned Love Story, Casablanca, Gone With The Wind, Wuthering Heights, or Romeo And Juliet. (I've only seen GWTW and WH, but didn't care for the latter.)

And thank goodness her brother doesn't either.

Amanda Peet reminds me a lot of Elisabeth Shue.

Nope, haven't seen it. Come on, you know you root for them to end up together.

Never saw that one. But it's refreshing to know there are chick flicks that don't include Bette Midler or Meg Ryan in the casts.

I believe someone did mention Gone With the Wind, and there IS no worst thing about Michelle "I want a coool rider, a cooooool rider" Pfeiffer.

Sorry, I posted the GWTW thing before I saw your post.

I think I'm the only person who was not wowed by Cher in Moonstruck. The script was okay, but it didn't seem lik a very hard part to play, IMO.
Pretty Woman bored me. I'm not a big Gere fan.
Never saw Cousins.

I used to watch that practically every day when I was 12. I had such a thing for Kevin Costner. When I'd get to that part, I'd rewind over and over. Then, I'd watch the Bryan Adams video multiple times.

Summary Here...

It's just a really amazing film. I saw it in the movies when it came out and I bought it on DVD because I loved it so much.

-The end of The Other Sister...so cute!

-Where the Heart is - when she drives across the country to tell Forney she loves him....and he's like, "there could never be anything better than you" or something...

-Even though many hate this film- the end of The Mirror Has Two Faces where Jeff Bridges finally gets his head out of his ass and realizes he loves Barb - and he goes to her place in the very early morning...and they're dancing/kissing in the street..I love that....
Never saw any of these.
Why do I get the feeling we'd never run into each other at the movie theater?
Well, maybe when the Mac movie comes out.

You are not the only person who was not wowed by Cher in Moonstruck. However, i was a little wowed by her in Mask. And I was wowed overall by Witches of Eastwick.

The movie has a romantic title, but I don't know that I've heard of it.
I hear Diane Lane's name often. What might I have seen her in?
