Wow, this is a tough one. Cuz I quote Grease, Urban Cowboy and Sat. Night Fever practically every day.

Grease for the hotness.

Urban Cowboy for the hotness too - and yeah, the cheesy lines. You know how to 2-step? Yup. Wanna prove it?

Sat. Night Fever for the hotness factor - and the soundtrack.

Blow Out for some of his best acting. He was in Carrie too, De Palma must have liked him.

I can remember people my parent's age going there. I remember actually seeing Gilley's one time when I was in Houston. That film actually started the whole it's okay to wear cowboy boots and drive a truck movement which , IMO, lead to the SUV.

I picked "Grease," although my real favorite is Stayin' Alive, not Saturday Night Fever. (The sequel to S.N.F.)
Most of the critics, and moviegoers themselves, apparently felt that the sequel sucked and the original was awesome. Personally I've always felt the opposite. I thought Stayin' Alive was an amazing move.

On Edit: I think that maybe a lot of people felt that the Broadway play which was depicted sucked. But i.m.o., that's exactly what people "aren't getting" - it was SUPPOSED to suck. It was the way he "rose above it" and made it his own, and turned it into an opportunity, that made for a great movie. He took the crap that was ACTUALLY in front of him - not what he wished was, or what would be in an ideal world - and made it into Gold.

LOL, no, actually I did like that when I came out, I was probably too young to know "good" movies, but I remember I liked the dancing.
Hey, I liked Flashdance, too! I like movies with dancing or singing.
