btw: did someone post the egg drop soup recipe? Ive only ever just whisked an egg and drizzled it into chicken broth (with assorted add ins like green onions, herbs, etc) some people thicken it with a touch of corn starch or arrowroot......what about a teeny bit of chicken meat?

just curious..........I LOVE Chinese food
I posted it somewhere, but you've pretty much got it. That's basically all it is - drizzling an egg in chicken broth.

Mini peppermint patty.

I suppose it's not the prettiest, but apparently people line up for this thing. Even my Mom told me of the nights that she would go split one with three of her girlfriends. I suppose you would have to when you drank as much as they did, but I digress.

vending machine... peanut butter crackers, pretzels and water. I am overworked with no time for a decent lunch. And I'm pissed off about it.

Spaghetti- the usual stand-by. I did use organic pasta but thats about the only thing thats "healthy" about it. Seasoned with onion salt, pepper and basil leaves and garlic powder.

Getting ready to make a beef burrito, with ALL the toppings!

It's really a toss-up on which I love more - Chinese or Mexican.

Although I hate getting Chinese breath.

This morning was lowfat cottage cheese with a tropical fruit cup, a whole wheat mini bagel & a smidge of honey nut cream cheese.

I'm about to have a banana.
