So, I made a vblog that I was going to upload to the long-dead video thread, but I didn't realize I'd reset my camera to film in standard frame rate. When I uploaded the video onto my computer, it was all choppy.

I even had RAL for background music! fml. jtis.

I blame Malaysia for making a camera that resets defaults without warning.

So yesterday I watched "Mean Girls" like 3 times yesterday LOL

So I watch a movie tonight. I get in my big comfortable chair and sitting by
me on the glass table is a glass of my favorite drink Cran-Grape (note if you
ever have multiple attacks of kidney stones, you will change your drinking
habits). So on with the show......movie starts, there's sound but no dialogue.
I check my DVD's setup to make sure I'm playing the 5.1 option, yep I'm okay
there. Because I'm so clever I figure out that the first part is meant to be silent
(just for the dialogue, there were other sounds from the movie coming through
my speakers). I even talk myself into believing that the actors are overacting
to play along with the intended silence. At close to ten minutes into the film,
the clever use of this schtick is getting annoying. And then I realize, earlier in
the evening I had listened to CD's. I'd changed the receiver's setting from DVD-
Multi to straight DVD (two-channel). I switched to DVD-Multi and the schtick was
over.

Morals of this story........Don't think you're so clever, and you can talk yourself
into anything.

For those who wonder, yes I went back and watched the first ten minutes of the
movie.

Lindsay's personal life is quite messed up but that movie is AWESOME!
