No there were several music videos in the early 90's where Petty wasn't bad looking. He's not an ugly man, but he's not a pretty man...he's ok in my book. So you're not the only one. I thought he got a little more attractive in the late 80's and early 90's.
Especially for the videos "Into the Great Wide Open", "You Don't Know How It Feels", and "Mary Janes Last Dance".
