Tried some sort of hip-hop dance cardio blast workout bull****. It was yet another great reminder that not only am I completely uncoordinated, I also have no rhythm and can't dance. Go me!

Take stairs two or three at a time and do not use your hands to help!

It does both the glutes and the thighs as you have to use your quads to climb. Touch your quad while climbing and you will feel it flex. Also, if you can do a little lunge (dropping the knee in the back to the floor) while taking two steps at a time, you will be sweating by the time you reach the top!
