I know. But most all said or hinted in their speeches... so glad to be having this necessary debate blah blah blah, but by the way I will vote to certify . It's not like any of us expected it to be sustained, so why not at least make the symbolic statement?

Both houses have to vote whether to sustain the objection raised by Rep. Tubbs-Jones and Senator Boxer, or dismiss it (in effect voting to certify the EV).
