Minette is the family member that runs the Silver Springs Emporium for Stevie's mom.
She is very nice.. I don't think this picture is not all that recent..

Her left eye looks literally "fishy" but still I think it's a Hurrell shot of I am not mistaken and his play with lighting is so awesome. Still, that eyeball
gives me the heebiejeebies.

I can't tell you who took it or even where I originally found it, but a much more normal look to it.. I think??
