Yes, I have different memories too. It was specifically about the sale of her catalog, and I want to say the man or the company who was the buyer was from Japan? Does that ring a bell? If pressed, I would estimate the time frame to be late 80s/early 90s.

Nothing about Japan rings a bell for me. Rhiannon rings though.

I too had heard the sale was to a buyer in Japan.

I have read that the house Christine lived in in Beverly Hills previously belonged to Joan Collins and Elton John. That’s pretty cool. Three English icons all lived in that house.
