Default Coming Home

Ok, I've spent forever trying to figure out what Bob is saying at the beginning of Coming Home. I for the life of me cant understand. Anybody know?

check out his q & a (the first one). somewhere in that he says he can't remember and he may have been reading just about anything...he chose to do this, he says, because recording mixed down spoken voices in songs was en vogue at the time.

I always thought that the beginning of "In The Back Of My Mind" had a very similar vibe to "Coming Home."
