Interesting Curry Grant interview
https://www.spreaker.com/user/138430...es-curry-grant
Apparently, he was only fired for a few months. Fascinating interview. Didn’t know he became pals with John Courage on the fake Fleetwood Mac tour. No idea he went back that far.

He was only 'fired ' for a few months when it all came out w the affair, so John had a chance to recover a little. Thats when chris made the band pay to fly her to Texas to visit him when they had a few days off. He came back for the rumours tour. -Lis . |

That is pretty f'nning huge. Good for him. Fired and re-hired too. Tells you how damn good he was at "lighting" people up.

He also was the lighting director for Stevie's first solo tour in 1981.

I'm curious how long after dating Chris he dated Stevie. Or did he hook up with Stevie first? There's pics of them cozied up together traveling on a train or something..

And she had one of the old school odometers. That thing(too) done rolled over and over(pun).

It would have been sweet justice if Chris had actually had a fling with Lindsey

I've pondered many times over the years if Chris and Lindsey ever did it. Odds are pretty good, but who knows. He was pretty girly back then. She could've beaten him up, for sure.

Then there was the Thousand-Dollar Cookie Session. Stevie's girlfriend Robin had prepared some fresh hashish brownies. Be careful, she said, these things are really strong. But the band ignored the advertised potency and gobbled freely. We spent the night in such a bent condition that not a note was played and the engineers went home. John and Stevie spent hours huddled in a corner, giggling like mad over a copy of Playboy.
