Kindle version of Billy's book is up for pre-order at Amazon....and will be out next week!
No word on a hardback version or the album....they may still be September!

Has anyone received their CD yet? I ordered mine two weeks ago....no order confirmation or shipping notice, just my statement from PayPal.
