Well, I can't give you bare arms, but you can have all the bare shoulders you want, thanks to the top with the holes that she loves so much lately. Michele

I think Stevie referred to Dolly Parton's "Coat of Many Colors" in her interviews at times .

True story

I love those early 1920's dresses and hats also the big southern belle dresses of any color.I rather see her in those them pants of any color.

I agree, Her vocal range fits the song better these days.

I like the pre-Betty Ford clinic Stevie the most
I love Sometimes Its a Bitch and Desert Angel

LOL am I right? These opinions are unpopular here LOL
I agree with these, but I really wish the demo songs would be stripped down, leaving the original vocals but putting new instrumentals and production. I love TOSOTM, The only song I do not care for is "Fire Burning". I love Sometimes Its a Bitch and Desert Angel, but I also really like "Love's A Hard Game To Play". Desert Angel could have had some better lyrics, but it's a good song and in the end, It's the message that makes a song good.

4) I don't want Dave Stewart anywhere near a FM album, even if it's just to produce Stevie's songs.
6) The vocal coach Stevie has used the past 2 decades totally destroyed the quality of Stevie's voice. She belts/shouts everything now, and there is no nuance left to her voice, and her gorgeous tone has been ruined.
9) Everyone around here is always harping about Stevie wearing color- but I prefer Stevie in black.
I agree with all of these. Dave Stewart is great, but Fleetwood Mac is for Lindsey to produce. But Lindsey better cut this high pitched voice ****. Street Angel sounds back to the basics because it's basically a Songs From The Vault album. (I've listed songs Stevie did not write or co-write as "Covers")

1. Blue Denim - New Song
2. Greta - RAL Outtake
3. Street Angel - New Song
4. Docklands - Cover/OSOTM Outtake
5. Listen To The Rain - TimeSpace Outtake
6. Destiny - TWH Outtake
7. Unconditional Love - Cover
8. Love Is Like A River - RAL Outtake
9. Rose Garden - Fritz/BN Era. Outtake
10. Maybe Love Will Change Your Mind - Cover
11. Just Like A Woman - Cover
12. Kick It - New Song
13. Jane - TimeSpace Outtake
14. Inspiration - Cover
15. God's Garden - Cover

*Mirror, Mirror - RAL Outtake
*Thousand Days - RAL Outtake

Also, I have some more "Unpopular Opinions"

*Stevie should just join the Mac, record their album, Promote it, and THEN do your solo stuff (is this unpopular )
*Carousel and Twisted should not have been of the album, despite the great outcome of the recordings
*I hate "Italian Summer"
*"Sister Honey" and "Some Become Strangers" should have been left off RAL.
*I think Stevie's cover's of "I Still Miss Someone" and "Just Like A Woman" were better then any other recording of the songs (even the originals)
*Blue Water should have just been vocal and piano.
*A video for "24 Karat Gold" should have been made

None of these are covers, they were just written by other people. They're original songs. That'd be like saying "Talk To Me" and "Everyday" are covers.

Also, do we have any confirmation that "Jane" was considered for Timespace? I know there's a full version of "Listen To The Rain" from Timespace before it was insisted that Stevie drop it and record "Sometime's It's A Bitch" instead, but speculation aside, do we have any confirmation regarding "Jane"?

Okay this is my first post, and as a Stevie fan I should do this.

1) I strongly dislike the studio version of Landslide
2) I used to hate Nightbird
3) I hate the demo Priest of Nothing
4)I love all of Stevie's songs from TITN
5) I *dont mind* Stevie's vocals from Red Rocks. The video is atrocious however.
6) I like only two songs from SA, the single edit of Blue Denim and Rose Garden.
7) I don't really like the version of Silver Springs from The Dance
8) Julia should have been on 24KT Gold instead of She Loves Him Still
9) Dave Stewart needs to stayhe hell away from another Stevie album

Maybe if you looked you'd see that I wrote Songs not written or co-written by Stevie are listed as Covers

Docklands is a real cover, I forgot who recorded it first but it wasn't Stevie.

Yes, a new demo of "Jane" was recorded in 1991. If was considered for Timespace or not, it was recorded and written then, and that was my point.

Welcome to the ledge! All the bolded ones I agree with! I hate the studio version of Landslide, the Dance version is my favorite. She Loves Him Still should have stayed but Carousel should have gone.

I personally don't mind Carousel, but it should have been one of the deluxe tracks IMO.

Now I love Nightbird! Up until a few months ago I absolutely hated it. I used to think the notes at the beginnings were someone banging on the synthesizer. And thanks everyone for the warm welcome!

Either SFTV Part 2 or he's producing her Mac songs...(not to open up a can of worms again)...or it's really all just speculation at this point. She could have mentioned to him in passing the idea to do SFTV Pt 2, but nothing could be set in stone. Who knows?

His simple reply of "I think so" won't hold much weight until there's an "official announcement".

Let me first preface this by saying I'm very glad Stevie kicked her drug habits. Things could have taken a whole other turn as it has with so many other great artists, and I'm glad that's not the case with her.

That said....

I totally miss coked-out Stevie. I happened to catch the "I Can't Wait" video the other day (which I could watch on a 24-hour loop, BTW) and I was reminded how much I used to love watching her back in the day. I mean, it used to be nothing less than mesmerizing than watching Stevie in the clutches of full on manic, drug-fueled exorcism when she performed. I get that she's getting up in age, but even back in the 90s something happened and she just became more and more an immobile object fixed to the microphone.
