Album to follow this winter with “The Maker of Birds,” “Goddess of Steeds,” “Rhiannon,” “Pwyll My Love,” “You Ate Your Babies?” “Get in That Sack,” “Bear the People on Your Back,” “I Got Such an Ache in My Horse Latitudes,” “Lord of Death,” and “Forsaken Love.”

If that’s the single, she should just put if You Ever Did Believe in her setlist!

Maybe that still haunts her until today! For us fans, we just want to see her, irregardless of the size of the crowd.

Stevie, we don't need all the drama. That is just a distraction for us!

Please make the years that you have left, quality years. How do you want to be remembered? Please drop any bitterness you have with Lindsey, and may or may not have with Mick and get together as 'The Three Fireflies', 'The Four Fireflies' if John is healthy enough, at least for one last concert for the fans! Thankyou!

That was the one on the Ft. Lauderdale pier I believe where she comes onstage to rehearse earlier in the day, dressed in a beautiful sundress and sunglasses and looking very L.A. She and the band rehearse several of the songs, including “Dreams” and “Twisted.” Some of her biggest fans are watching the rehearsal. It’s a sweet, casual and relaxed rehearsal at a time when Stevie wasn’t attracting huge crowds. I think she did about three shows that year (1996) to get back in the swing of things, almost as if she knew she was prepping for something bigger (1997).

Yes, she also played at Boston Common. I had friends who went.

Those were more like appearances for radio stations. Stevie celebrated the 4th of July in Tampa that was promoted by a local radio station. She played 5 or so songs. It was the same deal in Boston. Not a tour. Nothing to promote. Just paid a few bucks to sing a few songs.

This live 1996 version of “Twisted” is my favorite of the many incarnations of this song. I love the energy of the instrumentation, which seemed to inspire Stevie to really open up and go for it on the vocals. It also feels very on-trend for the mid 1990s, almost Dave Matthews-esque, while still being distinctly Stevie.

She seems to be in good shape there. That makes me ask, when did she get clean of klonopin addiction?

I think it was sometime late 1993

Anybody else thinking this collaboration with Dave Stewart is actually nothing?

I think it's nothing. Or old news from In Your Dreams. I am starting to think she will never record again and is planning on touring till she's 80. Or her health gives out.

It’s actually an album. Stevie said Fine Line by Harry Styles inspired her to make another album. She said she’s recorded three songs already. We have no idea what she did during the month to three month breaks in between legs of her tours. Remember 24 Karat Gold Songs From The Vault was released in 2014 so wouldn’t you agree this year come October 2024 is when she usually releases her albums?

This could be her long-awaited RHIANNON album.

Or maybe she should do something like Dolly Parton’s latest album — do a bunch of fun covers with famous friends. Thoughts?

If she was smart she would release a box set of all her old demos. There's so many that still haven't been released and they were recorded while her voice was still in it's prime. There's probably still some we haven't even heard. It would be almost total profit minus the mastering and pressing. She could even just release them digitally.
I wouldn't want another 24K with her recording them in her current vocal, and especially with Dave producing. Yikes!
