Or those giant sunglasses she wore in the beginning of the Red Rocks video. That giant belt buckle from Red Rocks would make a great paper weight and conversation piece. Seems the answer is that, outside of the FM context, Mick is more interested in 'get rich doing nothing' capers than nose-to-the-hihat music work. Hence he's added his name and likeness to nearly everything, from drum samples to fermented grape juice, from oversized scarfs to coffee beans. Of course, at his age and after his long career, it's certainly his prerogative to enjoy the Maui life rather than be a working musician in LA.

The Brit members of FM are now officially Steptoe and Son.
Anyone interested in new music can look only to Lindsey.
(And anyone interested in covers, cameos, and casino ads can look to Stevie.)

Music needs a muse, and Lindsey is apparently the only one of the five who still has one.

After Chris sold her catalog she's worth 100 million. I would bet my life all of the non-charitable profits are going to Mick. Mick will probably make at least a million off the auction. Chris and John are probably like....."sure Mick, we can clean out our closets and find you a few things."

Didn't Mick write in his last book that his Rumours album cover balls were lost. I swear he said he lost them in a bathroom somewhere and he got another pair shortly after. So the balls being sold may be Mick's but they are most likely not the ones on the album cover. Buyer beware.

These auctions happen all the time in rock. I think its cool and hopefully Chris's dress ends up at a Hard Rock somewhere for the world to see.

My issue is this auction is not exclusively for charity. I have never seen something like this before. It tells you it was Mick that concocted this idea since he has not much royalties and touring cash to get him by. He leads one of the biggest bands in rock and does meet and greets for a few hundred dollars. How could anyone sell their RRHOF award for cash and not exclusively for charity? That's a first for rock. It's pathetic to sell it. I applaud Stevie and Lindsey for not taking part.

But you can get a surfboard that Stevie gave to John. I wonder if Stevie has touched it.
