Uck. Not a good album at all. Personally speaking, of course. :s

Now if it was "Worst Collaboration", I would without question vote for When The Sun Goes Down. Absolute...Redneck...Dreck.

"When The Sun Goes Down"...the ULTIMATE collaboration in Fleetwood Mac history. Doesn't get better than that.

Appears some minds need to open up a bit...

Yeah I'm hopping around 3 forums here getting these discussions and battles going.

Last night I spent some time figuring out how the Battle of the Songs is gonna conclude... Let's just say it will be very interesting with alot of tough battles ahead.

Well...no. Actually. My mind is plenty open. I just don't like the song. Simple as that.

WTSGD is an upbeat little tune with great vocal harmonies from Rick, Billy, Stevie and Chris. Would have been fun to hear live. It's like a breath of fresh air amongst some real stinkers on this album.

By the way SS, have you got something against people with red necks? Are you, perhaps, one of the Lizard People?

JK!

Nah. I only dress up as one on weekends on visits home. What with the housing market being as volatile as it is these days, my parents thought it savvy to invest in a nice little lagoon.

Love Is Dangerous is my fav, despite the corny lyrics.

Do You Know is just a bit too slow and sappy. The production is so thick and sloppy you'd need a diamond blade saw to cut through it!

When The Sun Goes Down just has no place on a Mac record, in my humblest of opinions. For those who think it's because I'm a chiffonhead, think again. I say the exact same thing about That's Alright. Fleetwood Mac in my eyes has always been a blues/pop/rock fusion... and things like folk/country/zydeco just don't fit into the puzzle. Others disagree, but this is just how I feel.

I have a VERY special place in my heart, for DYK. I remember that love, like it was yesterday.....never meant to be, but I was deeply into it...my favorite song on BTM.

Well, I think you're wrong. FM has never really had any boundaries, yet you do. Good music, is good music. That's Alright, is one of my favorite Mirage songs. And I like WTSGD.
