I'm about to eat some homemade manicotti...ricotta and spinach with gobs of cheese. It should be done in about, ohhhhh, 15 minutes. Yum!

Nothing at the moment, but I spent a good part of the day "grazing" on ranch dip and fresh veggies (carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, snap peas, and cherry tomatoes). Also had a taco salad (minus the carne) for lunch.

My....God....there is a heaven. I haven't seen them! I hope they are here!
I better leave work early to check...

Oh, uh...I just woke up/rode to work so I'm having my little can of pineapple juice and a half cup of coffee.

I found this bag veggie/chicken I like a lot, guys (I'm having it for lunch). I usually don't like bag foods, or whatever, but.

It's Contessa brand, and the thing is, it has this really good chinese sauce that comes with it, teriyaki or...I'm not sure.
It has a lot of different kinds of vegetables in it, which is unusual. I mix the bag of it with a bag of frozen broccoli florets (to make it even more veggiebroccolicious) then stir fry.
It's the sauce that makes it.
Also, I don't like rice or pasta much, and those bag meal things usually come with rice or pasta. Which is double good because rice/pasta is just extra carbs with little to no nutritional value.
The chicken breast in it is good, too.
Yummy!

I just had a Turkey club w/ avocado. No mayo, no cheese - just turkey, avo, lettuce and tomato - and a half a small bag of Sun Chips..and a Diet Coke.

I had a reduced fat hot dog, the kosher ones, I can't remember the name right now. Plus Bush's onion baked beans. Then cherries for desert and a couple of Newman's Own organic cookies, the ones that are like Oreos only better.

I had coconut oil in my hand at the grocery store today, Amber, and realized I had no idea what I would do with it so I put it back. What do you do with it? Gah, I just realized I could've scrambled my eggs in it. How do you use it?

I use it for whatever I stir fry, I use it instead of butter on popcorn. I just use it like everyone uses oil. Also, when I get tortillas and ground boca for burritos, I use a little on the boca when I cook it, and then I crisp fry the tortilla in a little of it.
You can also just take 2 tablespoons a day. In the coconut diet cook book, they had a lot of smoothie recipes, you just put a tablespoon in or whatever. I don't make many smoothies so that's not my thing. You can fry or scramble eggs in it.
It doesn't taste, so, whatever you normally cook with oil, and some things you don't normally (smoothies).

I cook a lot of things in a pan on my stove, so that is pretty easy for me. Sometimes I don't use it every day, though, no big. It doesn't go bad like Olive Oil.

You eat too many refined carbs, it's not good for you. Have more veggies.
Now that I've made my concerned-about-your-health statement -

I looove Cheerios. I hardly ever buy cereal because I just glutton out on it. Honey Nut Cheerios are awesome, too. I kinda wish I had that right now.
