Bill (was Ban) Against the Slaughtering of Horses

My mom and I have made a petition to ban horse slaughtering in all 50 states of the US(Cali. already baned it) So please read and sign if you want to

My mom just told me the HORRIBLE story on how they slaughter horses! It is SOOOO sad!!!! People sell their horses at auctions for a couple hundred dollars. The are CRAMBED into 2 decker trailers. It is so sad. They go inot this thing where they hit the horse in the middle of th head to nock them out and the floor flips over and they hang them upside down. It is so sad. There is a wesbite called Just Say Whoa to Horse Slaughtering. I watched 30 sec. of the video.....I couldnt watch anymore!!! This determined me more to get this out there. So PLEASE everyone sign this. My mom has E~mailed news Center 5, Good Morning America, and some other places.

Erm...gosh, I'm sorry but I'm so distracted by the mention of 52 states...last time I checked there were still only 50

50 staes that r connected...the other 2 are Hawaii and Alaska that arent connected

WHAT are they (not) teaching you in school???

There are 48 states on the continent - and Alaska and Hawaii make 50...remember that on your next geography test

No no - what really concerns me is that this isn't totally your mistake - that petition claims there are 52 states as well.....I'm just persnickety about this sort of stuff

My mom typed out the petition...So its my mom's fault I just went along with it.

That's true. It seems outrageous to kill a horse but few people are outraged by a steak.

She and her Mom wrote it. You've got to fix that if you want people to take your petition seriously.
