I always had the perception that english members of Fleetwood Mac were (more than 1 year) older than americans.. Maybe it was because John and Mick always had beard, and gray hair before Lindsey. And Chris always looked older than Stevie.

Maybe it was aso because the english were more related to the 60s and the blues era than S&L.
