As I originally speculated months ago (when the tour was announced), Lindsey is visiting some of these markets for the *third* time in less than two years. Attendance on this tour has been pretty weak so far, and ticket sales for upcoming shows are trending out to be the same as well.

FYI, the front row last night in Portland was more than half empty, as was the 2nd row and most of the 3rd row.

No kidding. The fact that they have to shamelessly paper Lindsey's show at Royce Hall is pretty embarrassing.

There was no need for shows at Royce Hall AND Anaheim/Grove- the audience just isn't there.

His numbers for this tour probably won't be much different then the last tour where he was averaging 65% capacity based on the numbers reported...

Isn't this goldstar thing some sort of broker... Someone posted the same message in the thread on the Seattle show on DIME and it was removed considered Spam Then the poster stated that for everyone that signs up with an account they get $1 wtf?

The venues are far enough apart (about 50-60 miles) that, yes, there was a need. You won't catch me driving to UCLA to see Buckingham, but I'll bicycle the three miles to The Grove.

When I was checking out ticket brokers for the Portland show, I noticed that almost all the tickets they had were for the first three rows. It's too bad that they didn't sell and that those good seats were wasted. Even though the prices weren't too outrageous, they were probably just too much $ for some people to pay to see LB for a second or third time in a couple of years.

Good night! If it were possible I would be at every single Lindsey show I could make. The man isn't going to be around forever, and for goodness sakes, he is at an incredible creative peak. I wish tix were $5 over here cuz I would have every single one of my friends at that show. I'd be shoving Lindsey in their face with no shame.

Yeah. Lots of brokers had close row tickets for face value, without all the BS service charges, for the Palace of Fine Arts show. Which really sucks, as these tickets weren't available to the fans trying to buy tickets the day they go on sale. Like me.
