However, "King of Hearts" is actually "Walk Another Mile" by Rick Vito. The demo is practically identical to the solo version that's on his "King of Hearts" album. I don't think any of the others were on the demo.

Am I the only one who finds it a jolt to realize that 2004 was THIRTEEN years ago????
