Default 'Crystal Visions' certified Silver in the UK

'Crystal Visions ~ The Very best of Stevie Nicks' has just been certified Silver in the UK for sales of 60,000 copies. This is great news!

This is the first certification that Stevie has received since September 1991 when 'Timespace' was certified Gold for shipments of 100,000 units.

The album has also been appearing within the top 200 of the UK albums chart for quite some time and was at #191 last week.

All we need now is the RIAA to get off their backsides and certify the album Gold. The BPI has automatic certifications, so when the database saw that 'Crystal Visions' had passed 60,000 in sales, the album was automatically certified Silver.

If the RIAA did this then I bet that Fleetwood Mac would probably have an extra 10 million or so in certifications. Stevie would also have a couple more with 'Bella Donna' being one of them.

Still, great news for Stevie!

Australia has not not officially certified it either and it went gold there first.

Are you sure? It's on the ARIA certification page.
