That’s how I remember it. Some emcee saying “We’d like to thank ....... for all the subways and the sodas...” And then Christine sucks down a drink, goes “ahhhh” and the barrelhouse piano begins!

I think you're right. Now that I think about, it's written on the disc. I moved 18 months ago, and haven't seen it since(it's packed away still).
