Mederma will get rid of the dark spots. It's to get rid of scars and remains from acne/zits. I had a few dark spots on my face and they are gone now. Mederma works wonders for surgery scars, too.

Me neither 'cuz they cause me to break out. Even Clean & Clear oil-free moisturizer causes me to break out! Does anyone know of a good oil-free moisturizer or skin care line (firmers, anit-wrinkel, etc..) that won't cause break outs? Any skin cream with oil in it is a no-no for me.

Drug stores. It's expensive, but it works. Don't put it on zits....just on scars and stuff like that. I had a scar on my back and after about two months, it disappeared.

Well I'm the one asking for advice lol - so take this with a grain of salt - but I've tried all sorts of moisturizers - and the one I finally found that helped my dry skin and caused no breakouts was Dove...I ALWAYS use oil free moisturizers

Roc, for one. I'm telling ya, that stuff is the best if you want to firm your skin. I use it on my neck, too, to prevent chicken neck.

Serious Skin Care come sin kits that are tailored to your skin type. And the amount of stuff they have is just jaw-dropping. There's this one product called Dry-Lo for when you get a random zit and want to get rid of it ASAP. It's like this mud on the bottom of a jar filled with alcohol, you dab it on, and the zit is gone by morning.

Also, if you don't want to spend any cash, wash your face with honey every night. That'll firm up your skin and keep it very healthy.

Wow.

Was it really that traumatising?

Needles are my #1 fear. When I was five, I had to be strapped down at the doctor's office in order to get my shots for school because I was so terrified. Ever since then, that's it. I cry and scream every time.

Cool. Dove. I'll make a mental note. Thanks!

Wow - I hate the thought of it - but like I just had blood drawn the other day - and it was an oddly pleasent experience - I barely felt anything at all

----

And honey? Never heard that one - I may give that a try

Honey is good for getting rid of zits, too. Just dab some on the zit, put a band aid on it, and go to bed. It'll almost get rid of it by morning and will only have set you back a few pennies.

Well, why aren't you scared of straps, just needles?
