I have always loved those pics. That must've been damn near the last time Stevie wore jeans in a photo. I adore her smile in the first pic. Can't help but love her for being such a huge fan of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers. I have a similar shirt like that myself.

who knows how many times she's had them done.

But look at those babies... those aren't the same ones from her first boob job in the 70s-- those ones were smaller and more natural looking, size-wise. These are def more voluptuous.

That's true, now that I think about it the first surgery was in 1976 and breast implants after a number of years (5?) must be replaced so at some point she could have upped the size. But I think she was softer firstly because she had gained a few pounds.
