Article on Jynxt - Jeremy' kids' band
There's a pic of them also:
http://www.itv.com/news/entertainmen...dbe1ecf65.html The Jynxt effect 12.10, Mon Jul 24 2006 The children of Fleetwood Mac's Jeremy Spencer have formed a band, paying homage to their 'jinxed' upbringing. Ben, Tally and Nat Spencer are the members of Jynxt, an indie-rock band based in London. They all claim a troubled childhood after their father turned his back on fame to join a cult. Nat joked: "Having a famous dad like that and trying to start a band, really doesn't help that much." However, their dad wasn't keen on them forming a band in the first place. "I guess it's similar to any father who goes and does something and then turns their back completely on it because they absolutely hate it, then sees their kids going and doing it," said Nat. "They're not going to be proud, are they?" Now they're out to prove that they can turn their troubles into chart success, with their unique style of rock. "It seems to be quite obvious to us that people are generally quite bored with music, that's it's not really progressing or going anywhere," said Tally. "I think that a lot of people that understand that are pretty appreciative of what we're doing exactly because we're not afraid to experiment." Their single Bring Back Tomorrow is out now. |

They were all born after Jeremy - and Fona - joined the CoG. Only Dicken (Jez?) was born at the time. And isn't Tally Fiona's daughter from her second marriage? |

http://www.xfamily.org/index.php/Lon...in_their_blood not very respectful of their dad, but that wouldn't sell records would it? no doubt somewhat embellished by group and press to be more rock and roll. also there is the band's website http://www.jynxt.com/ with links to other related stuff... zero |

I saw them on TV in the UK a while ago. I think it was on CD:UK or something.
I remember thinking they were quite good but didn't really have anything that made them stand out from the crowd. Still I'm sure they can be reasonably successful. All depends on the record labels these days.. |
