New Year’s Eve celeb sightings

So we have a little New Year’s Eve gossip left over that we thought we’d share. Stevie Nicks rang in the New Year at Barcelona in north Scottsdale with a group of 12 family members and friends. She wore all black, and according to a witness, “looked fabulous,” accessorizing her look, interestingly, with a Tom Petty Posse badge from when she toured with the Super Bowl Halftime rocker last year.

She enjoyed the seafood tower and sent compliments to the chef, Bryan Williams over dinner. Then she danced up to the stage just before midnight, leading the crowd of more than 1,200 in the New Year’s Eve countdown. But the evening’s high point was when she led a sing-along of the NYE favorite Auld Lang Syne

IF I remember correctly.... This Trinket that she traditionally now wears on her Top Hat. is solid silver and gold with, I think a ruby.. and is specially inscribed, making her an Official Heartbreaker Band Member!! At least that is what I was told, so if I have it wrong, please don't yell too loud??

not to be too cynical, but in this era when even people without any discernible talent like Kim Kardashian or Snooki get paid like 10k to show up at clubs or parties by the owners of such establishments in order to get publicity via the gossip columns and make their place seem like the "cool" place to be......... might Stevie have been either paid OR given a freebie for her and her party knowing it would make great publicity? Before y'all go gettin' offended, remember, our girl also happily does corporate gigs and private birthday parties for any a**hole rich enough to pay the fee....... Just wonderin'.......

If I were rich, I'd pay to have Stevie sing at my birthday/wedding/some other occasion. I'd even throw in extra $$$ if she'd let me sing WITH her. That would be worth the price. I'd die happily.

The Barcelona in Tucson, was a family favorite and I understand a place often frequented by the entire family quite often so,,,, though I cannot swear to it, I really don't see Stevie Nicks taking money to eat there.. That said, I wouldn't be surprised if on occassion the check got lost??

That said.... in every way possible!!!
She even makes the Bun Head look cool!
